Lots of Green Tea- This will flush toxins out of your body.
Broccoli, Onion, and Tomato- They are amazing for inflammation.
Omega 3 Fats- like fish or fish oil.
No Wheat Ever- Remember flour unsafe for any of us to be eating right now, they are spraying it wait Round Up. You can eat brown rice though but no flour, ever.
Keep Your Stress Down. Stay around positive people.
Vitamin D Ribose- you need to take this three times a day.
Magnesium- you need to take 250-300mg twice a day.
