My Detox regime, and it works the best. Take everything on the list and ditch any other vitamins… Less is better.
Chlorella 1000mg -Take in the morning it can keep you up at night
Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin B12 – Take in the morning
Ashwaganda – One daily
Turmeric and Ginger – Take two a day, morning and night
Zinc- 50mg – Take daily (with food or it will upset your stomach)
Melatonin 10mg – Take at night when you go to sleep
Blue Vervain – Twice a day, hold it under your younger or a minute before you swallow. It’s a parasite detox, but it works really good with the Chlorella. It was used in Ancient Egypt to purify. You need the Lost Empire brand.
Macca Powder- If your a woman you need Red, Guys need Black. Get a good organic powder.
Vitamin D3 and K2 (the whole planet is Vitamin D deficient and it only works if taken with the K2)- Once a day
Some kind of multivitamin gummy – Go for an organic vegan kind.
