This is a healing class for your inner child and releasing past trauma.  This is amazing for anyone, but especially for those who have experienced trauma, abuse, or neglect.  This can be either from within the family, or outside the family.  Usually these traumas happen earlier in life, and can be either conscious or unconscious.  You may be more aware of some then others.  We are going to be working with your inner child to clear trauma.
