Healing For Heart Walls

When we experience loss, death, heartbreak, or betrayal we tend to put up heart walls.  This closes our heart chakra off.  It makes us more defensive and closed off to love.  Some people build metaphorical walls around their heart chakra to protect themselves from loss and heartbreak. This can lead to feelings of vulnerability when trying to dismantle these walls.  Heals heart chakra imbalances like manipulative behaviors, co-dependency, feeling unworthy, inability to trust yourself or others, excessive isolation, loneliness, holding grudges against loved ones, frequent jealousy, being overly defensive, fear of intimacy and putting yourself in the role of victim or rescuer.  Great for healing anxiety, fear, depression, shame or guilt, and difficulty accepting compliments or love.  People can tend to create a solid wall around their tender heart chakra, making it impossible for others to hurt them, but also making it hard to love them.  Heal the heart chakra blocks and walls.  People build a brick wall around your heart because they don’t want to feel the pain, but the wall also stops the flow of love you so desperately want to feel.  Heal and dissolve these type of metaphorical walls around the heart.  Dissolve the defenses around love.  Heal and release unresolved emotional traumas and heart blocks.
