This is a 20-session private container held over 10 weeks, with two sessions per week.
You should plan on one hour per session.
Each session includes:
• 30-minute private coaching call
• 30-minute personalized activation & healing add-on
Sessions are intentionally spaced twice weekly to allow momentum without overwhelm, while still giving time for integration between sessions.
Between sessions, you may receive follow-up emails related to that session’s focus. These may include reflections, journaling prompts, or simple integration practices to support embodiment of the work.
This container is a structured, immersive multidimensional experience designed to activate, expand, and integrate higher levels of consciousness over time. Across 20 sessions, we work intentionally through light-body activation, higher-self embodiment, soul and memory access, multidimensional navigation, and advanced creation and integration. Each session includes both guided coaching and a personalized activation and healing, allowing you to understand what is opening while your system is supported in anchoring it safely and clearly. The twice-weekly rhythm creates momentum while still allowing integration, and the full container is mapped to you at the beginning so the work unfolds in a coherent, purposeful progression. This is for those who are ready for sustained expansion, not isolated experiences, and who want their multidimensional abilities and awareness to become embodied, functional, and lived.
