On The Energies…

As the Sun moves into grounding Taurus, the energy shifts from fiery action into embodied presence.  Taurus Season invites us to root into the Earth, as we are receiving powerful ascension energies and light code transmissions that are recalibrating our physical and energetic bodies.  This is a season of anchoring upgrades, of letting the light in, and allowing it to rewire us for the next phase of our journey.  You should be guided to get out into nature more to help anchor in the stability that you need to integrate the massive influx of light frequencies coming in from the higher realms.  Taurus is ruled by Venus, the Planet of beauty, love, and embodiment.  During this season, the ascension path moves through the body.  Taurus rules the physical body, so during this season, many of the ascension symptoms and upgrades will be felt on a cellular level.  You may feel this as fatigue or the need for more rest.  Shifts in appetite or food preferences.  Emotional releases stored in the body.  Stronger connection to animals, plants, and crystals.  Increased sensitivity to energy and frequency.  As you’re integrating becoming your Higher Self, your physical body needs time to recalibrate to the new light.  As your body integrates these new frequencies, your path will become clearer.
