This is a deep healing for your solar plexus.  Healing the solar plexus will help with your self esteem, confidence, and stepping into your personal authority/ power.  This is a clearing and a healing.  A lot of the time we are picking up energies from other people/ outside energies.  If out of balance control issues may arise.  If you had a strict upbringing, bullying, or have suffered mental or physical abuse you may tend to have difficulty balancing the third chakra.  This is a clearing to release any energies not your own and a deep healing.
