Heal and cleanse your Mother/ Father Line.  We took on two sets of genetics one from our mother and one from our father.  We also took on a lot of karma, patterns, and pain from each line.  We can inherit deeper blocks.  This is a really good healing to cleanse both your mother/ and father line.  Doing this also will help in healing those that came before you, in your direct line (parents, grandparents).
