Solar Plexus Healing

One of our chakras that goes through the most changes with Ascension is our solar plexus.  This is a healing for your solar plexus.  Open, cleanse, and strengthening your solar plexus chakra.  The solar plexus is connected to your emotional health.  It becomes blocked by old or negative emotions.  When the third chakra is blocked, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, and feeling powerless can create solar plexus chakra imbalances that perpetuate these emotions.  Your solar plexus is your power center. If it is being depleted you will not feel you can stand up for yourself or feel empowered.
